Product Overview
Our 248 Series Spherical Roller Bearings are large-size thin-section bearings engineered for heavy-duty industrial equipment requiring extreme load capacity in limited installation space. As a professional bearing factory, we optimize the internal roller arrangement and use high-quality materials to ensure these thin-section bearings deliver exceptional load capacity within a compact cross-section.
These factory-made bearings handle heavy radial and bidirectional axial loads with excellent self-aligning performance, effectively compensating for shaft deflection and misalignment in long-term high-load operations. Standard configuration uses a cylindrical bore, with tapered bore versions and customized clearance grades available to meet diverse large equipment requirements.
Using electroslag remelting bearing steel and precision heat treatment, our 248 series extra-large bearings offer high hardness, strong fatigue resistance and stable performance under impact loads and high temperatures. We specialize in ultra-large bore sizes up to 1800mm and beyond, with custom solutions available for your unique specifications.
Typical Applications:
Rolling mills, heavy-duty gear reducers, cement rotary kilns, mining crushers, large hoisting machinery and metallurgical production lines.
