Our 249 Series Spherical Roller Bearings are ultra-large heavy-duty bearings engineered for extreme load conditions in steel mills, mining machinery, and large-scale industrial equipment. Designed with optimized internal geometry and high-performance materials, the 249 series delivers superior load capacity and long service life in demanding operating environments. These bearings are capable of handling extremely heavy radial loads as well as bidirectional axial loads, while providing excellent self-aligning performance to compensate for shaft deflection, misalignment, and installation errors in large rotating machinery. Standard configurations are typically supplied with a cylindrical bore, while tapered bore designs and customized clearance options are available to meet specific engineering requirements. Manufactured using high-quality vacuum-degassed or electroslag remelting bearing steel combined with advanced heat treatment processes, the 249 series offers outstanding fatigue resistance, impact resistance, and dimensional stability under high-load and high-temperature conditions.
